Moretti's Ristorante and Pizzeria in Schaumburg serves up brews, pizzas and entrees like their other locations. The restaurant has ample parking, plentiful seating and a bar in the middle. Inside, the bar area sits a few cozy booths and hightop seating. A few bootha need reupholstering as some seats are unable to sit on. The menu is similar to other Moretti's and ordered the pasta primavera and Italian combo. Beers on tap were cold and refreshing. Unfortunately no Happy Hour menus to save on... staff and servers were friendly and took a bit to order and get the check. The restaurant wasn't busy so it looked as if they were focused on prep and cleaning. The dishes were fine, pasta needed a bit more basil while the combo was enough to wrap for another meal. While I liked this Moretti's it didn't stand out as a place I'd return to. In hind sight, I would prefer the bar seating, service and food taste at Moretti's Rosemont.

So this past late October marked the very first time dining at a Moretti's location and not bad at all. I wouldn't necessarily say it was a mind blowing experience but the Italian fare overall is "good" for the prices, service was friendly & attentive and the atmosphere we liked. Understandably this is a limited Chicagoland chain which basically does mean it's local which I do try my best to support and the food is good enough to come back to. I did enjoy the garlic cheese bread and my Chicken Parmigiana. We just got done wandering around Woodfield Mall so the timing was right trying this location. We live pretty far NE in Beach Park in Lake County which I learned finally acquired its first location out in far west Fox Lake. Moretti's seems to be hit or miss judging by the ratings & reviews and there's plenty of competition out there among Italian food. I felt overall it was good enough for the 5. Since I'm a foodie and avid Google reviewer, time will tell when returning to this location but will definitely try other locations to rate & review as well. Hope for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

Ate dinner at Moretti's with a couple of friends as we'd been told the pizza was good. It took an hour from ordering our pizza to it arriving at the table and when it arrived it was over cooked. I didn't overly enjoy the thin crust base, I thought it would be like a NY style pizza and it absolutely wasn't. I'd rate my pizza (I had a meat feast 14") as a 5/10. Prices were reasonable but based on the food and slow service I'd not return.

Jazlyn is absolutely the BEST SERVER EVER. So attentive, always smiling, explained everything, answered questions and genuinely seems to loves what she's doing and is breath of fresh air for sure! We will be back and ask for her. It was a pleasure to have her as our server. Food was excellent!!! Thanks so much! 20 stars for sure!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ ☆☆☆ See you next time!!!

We visited this restaurant on a weekday evening to celebrate our daughters’ birthdays. We came specifically for the deep-dish pizza and believed we had clearly ordered it, but the first pizza served was thin crust instead. This surprised both us and the waitress, and it took a bit longer than expected to receive the correct deep-dish pizza in the end. We truly appreciated how the situation was handled. The waitress was very understanding, friendly, and attentive, and it became clear that there was simply a misunderstanding during ordering. The manager also came to our table to personally apologize, which we appreciated. Mistakes like these can happen anywhere, but what matters most is how they are resolved, and the staff handled it with professionalism and care. In the end, our family was happy to enjoy the deep-dish pizza we came for, and it was very tasty, along with complimentary birthday sundae ice creams for our girls, which was a very nice touch. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we felt well taken care of.
